

Rosemarie attended and graduated from St Teresa’s Academy in 1954. She married James Stanley Exparza on October 24, 1959. She worked numerous jobs for the US Air Force in San Antonio as well as the Veterans Administration as executive administrator assistant, from which she retired.
Rosemarie was always an avid member of the Catholic Church and various women’s organizations and community efforts. She loved needle point and several other needle crafts, was an avid reader, and accomplished Bridge player. A professional mother to three rambunctious children filled her time as well.
Rosemarie was a sweet soft soul constantly thinking of others and never of herself. Quiet and thoughtful. As a daughter of depression era parents, she always understood the value of a penny and was one to never waste or want.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Rose; her younger, brother Buddy Stanush; and her younger sister, Aliene Randol.
Rosemarie is survived by her husband, James Stanley Exparza, Atlanta GA; son, Stephen Exparza, Lubbock TX; daughter, Elizabeth Dixon, Atlanta GA; and daughter, Joan Exparza, Atlanta GA.She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashley, Kristen, Emily, Abbie, Grace, Taylor and Travis.
Family will receive friends and family for visitation, Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 7:00 to 9:00pm in the Porter Loring Mortuary North Chapel.
