

An adventurous spirit led Rosemary to her love of motorcycles, NASCAR races, Spurs games, and winning at Bingo. Her apartment was filled with jigsaw puzzles that she lovingly put together and shared with others.
She enjoyed traveling and photography; and, loved to reminisce about the times she and her husband John toured the United States in their International Harvester and travel trailer making lifelong friendships along the way.
Rosemary was predeceased by the love of her life, John L. Daily in 1967; mother, Rosa Kuehne Lewis; father, Edward Scott Lewis; brother, Edward Ted Lewis; and nephew, Bryan Lewis.
She is survived by her brother, Harold Lewis Maureen of Austin; niece, Lynda Lewis of San Antonio; nephews, Edward Lewis Dee of Dallas and Harold Lewis, Jr. of Austin; numerous great nieces, nephews, and friends.
She touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to express their appreciation and thanks to Dr. Robert Parker, Dr. Margaret Finley, the staff at Newforest Estates Assisted Living, Vista Care, Axiom Home Health, All County Home Health, and the Nix Hospital, especially during the last six weeks of her life.
Special thanks to her friends Maribel, Debbie, Jessica, Sylvia, Diane, Diana, Cristina, and Brenda.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Porter Loring on McCullough.
