She is preceded in death by her husband John D. Kelly Jr., her mother Rosemary Halpin, Father Joseph Costello Sr.
She is Survived by sons Rudy Pedraza, John D. Kelly III, daughters Melva Cude, Margaret (Chica), Loraine (Rina);7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters Patricia (Patti Jo), Sharon (Sherri) Entrekin.
She is born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She spent most of her life in San Antonio, her world revolved around her children and grandchildren. She was a retired Beautician, worked at the local school system, retired guard at security firm.
A visitation for Rosemary will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218. A graveside service will occur Monday, June 10, 2024 at 9:00 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
