A lifelong believer in the power of community, Rosie was deeply involved in the local school, where she gave generously of her time and spirit.
Being the best mom and grandma was her biggest joy. She nurtured- she listened- she celebrated and prayed with anyone in need of strength.
This legacy of love will continue to live on through her beloved family that survives her and her heavenly family that awaits her. Rosie’s husband Richard Sr. and children- Sugar, Robert, Rudy, Roxanne, Melissa, and her grandchildren, Jewels, Jared, Francine, and Joshua.
