Ruby Ruth Anderson Lorentz was born in Joplin, Missouri on December 11, 1925 to Ernest and Leona Catharina Christine (Young) Oexman, and passed from this life on Thursday, April 1, 2010 in San Antonio. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Ruby was preceded in death by her husbands, Prentis Anderson, Alvin Lorentz & her daughter, Patricia Steele. Surviving are her daughter, Michele Norman and husband Larry; granddaughter, Kristin Nelson and husband Eric; great-grandchildren, Emily, Jude, Claire, Elliott Nelson; Brothers, Alvin & Frank Oexman. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, with viewing one hour prior at the church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
