

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Floyd, and by her parents, Arno and Viola Kneupper.
Ruby and Floyd were members of Christ Lutheran Church for over 60 years and Ruby served as President of the Altar Guild for 42 years. More recently she served as the "coffee lady," taking great pleasure in the Sunday morning friendships developed around the coffee pot. As a good and faithful servant who found her ministry in the church, she will be missed by family and friends for her spirit and her generosity.
She is survived by her brother, Reno Kneupper and wife, Betty; her three sons, Lewis and wife, Terry; Allen and wife, Courtney; Duane and wife, Karen all of San Antonio; daughter Sandra Knox and husband, Nicky of Burkett, Texas; the lights of her life her, nine grandchildren, Amy Westerman, Jenny Trefzer and husband, Rick; Amanda O'Connor and husband, Terry; Maude Pampel and husband, Tony; Claire Lea and husband, Graham; Kimberly Zumwalt and husband, Dustin; Max Westerman and wife, Meghan, Nicholas Westerman and Will Westerman; and six great-grandchildren, Emma and Alllie Trefzer, Emmie and Sam Pampel, and Zadie and Hallie Zumwalt. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening, May 5, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Ave.
