Russell Herbert Neumann, 83, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017 in Helotes. He was born in Ruston, WA on April 18, 1933 to Chester and Marguerite Neumann. Russell was a retired Air Force pilot and decorated Vietnam veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Kari M. Neumann; a sister, Anita; and a brother, Johnny. Survivors include his wife, Dawn M. Neumann; a son, Mark R. Neumann and wife Gisele; daughters, Stacy Gray, Wendy Guffey, and Jessica Beans; grandchildren, Courtney Neumann, Kelsey Neumann, Victor Nunes, Alejandra Guffey, Starla Gray and Amare Trator; a sister, Barbara C. Weller and husband Eugene; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the church at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
