Ruth Evelyn Brown Butler, 89, was born April 15, 1923, and passed away on April 3, 2013 quietly in her home in North San Antonio.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Robert Randle Butler; adult children, Rory Lee Motl and husband, Robert Motl; son, Ronald Mark Butler, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services will be graveside only at the Evergreen Cemetery in Odem, Texas, at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 6.
A reception will follow at the Odem First United Methodist Church. Any memorials should be directed to VITAS Hospice or the charity of choice of the donor.
