Ruth Saunders, age 75, of San Antonio, entered peaceful rest on Saturday, December 27, 2008.
Miss Saunders was a member of Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. She loved to travel and she traveled the world.
Ruth was very knowledgeable about local history, loved to watch the news and the stock reports. She loved "Angel" and "Hondo" her friend Donna's pet, and she loved cats at her farm in Comfort, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her twin sister, Ann Saunders.
Ruth is survived by "her buddy", Donna Stephenson of San Antonio, TX; close friend, Amy Bitter of Castroville, TX; and her many friends at Broadway Bank.
