Ruth Inez Sulser

Ruth Sulser, devoted military wife, beloved animal lover, and cherished matriarch of her family—known lovingly as Mother, Mom, Grammy, Grammie, Aunt Ruth, and friend—entered into eternal rest on December 4, 2025.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Mayo Sulser; her parents, Raymond and Georgia Alsup; her sister and brother-in-law Winona and Milton Harper; her granddaughter Lindlee Harrelson; her daughter-in-law Linda Sulser; and her niece Patti Tate.

She is survived by her four loving children and their spouses: Linda (Al), Connie (Pete), Terry, and Larry. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren and their spouses: Matt (Amy), Sarah, Katie (Gavin), and Kelli (Andrew), along with numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of beloved family and friends.

Ruth was the heart of her family—steadfast, loving, and generous. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved will be remembered always. To all who knew her, she will be deeply missed and forever treasured.

Funeral services will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218 on December 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
