Born on September 13, 1969, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Sandra was the beloved daughter of the late Juan Sierra Alejandro and Edith Cruz-Sierra. From her early years on the island to her professional career, Sandra formed lasting, beautiful connections wherever she went. Known for her deeply empathetic heart, warm nature, and constant willingness to lend a helping hand, she made everyone around her feel valued and deeply cared for.
Above all else, Sandra’s life was defined by her devotion to her family. As a wife, she was a steady anchor and a pillar of devotion to her late husband, James Lee Adams. Through every season of marriage—sharing in life’s brightest moments and guiding her family with exceptional grace, patience, and quiet strength through times of illness and hardships, she remained a constant, loving partner. That same unconditional devotion extended naturally to her role as a mother, serving as an unending source of love and guidance to her daughters, and as a grandmother, bringing boundless joy and comfort to her grandsons. Sandra lived her life putting her family first, leaving behind a legacy of profound selflessness and strength.
While her family was her entire world, the ocean and the beach were her true happy places. She cherished the peace of the water, loved the adventure of traveling to new places, and took great pride in creating a warm, welcoming home for all who entered.
Sandra was reunited in rest with her beloved husband, James, and her parents, Juan and Edith.
Her loving spirit endures in the hearts of those she loved most. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Iris Giselle and Nathan Domenech, and Jamie Lee and Carlos Wells; her four cherished grandsons, Ryan James, Ethan Noah, Evan Joshua, and Aydan Isaiah Wells; her brothers, Tony, Ken, Ed, Alvin, and Juan; her sister, Irene; her dearly loved nieces and nephews; her beloved dog, Asta; as well as a wide circle of extended family, dear friends, and lifelong companions.

Her gentle spirit, endless warmth, and loving light will live on forever in those she touched.
