Sandra K. Barickman passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021. She was born on September 22, 1947 in Charleston, West Virginia to June Halstead and James Jarrett. Sandra was a larger than life lady who was known for her beauty and kindness.
Sandra attended State College in Charleston, W.V. and pursued a degree in English. Sandra worked many jobs during her life but her greatest passion was fashion. Sandra spent the majority of her career working at Saks Fifth Avenue and Talbot’s where she enjoyed helping her clientele.
Sandra’s greatest role was being a “Nana” to her two granddaughters and a mother to her two children.
She enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
Sandra is survived by her daughter, Andrea Barickman; son, Todd Barickman and his wife Lily; granddaughters, Chloe and Sofia Barickman; bother, Ron Jarrett; sister, Barbara Runnion; niece, Stephanie Jarrett; former husband, Junior Barickman and his wife Connie; and her constant companion/pet, Bella.
In lieu of a funeral service the family will hold a dinner to celebrate Sandra’s life.
