I’ll never forget meeting you Santi. You were the kindest soul & truly such a protector. The way you looked out for your brothers and nephew was such a refreshing thing to see from someone so young. You changed so many lives & you made such an impression. We love you! Til next time buddy. Rest easy, I promise to help look after your family for you.

We met Santi during Julissa's quince. I got to know him during the school year taking him home after football practice. He would rush to the car to sit in the front for the AC..lol. He would make me laugh at how outspoken he was. When I watched a few practices I was in awe at no matter how hard he got hit he never quit...no matter how bad it hurt him he got up. What I noticed the most was when Money got hurt there he was checking on him and carrying all his stuff...like the great buddy that he was. We miss you Santi, Money misses you. He promises to ball out for you and well....you already know! Long Live Santi! 💔😔 Jess and Nestor we love you all and are praying for you. 

Oh santi how you were taken to soon , we didn’t have much time together but I remember every little moment we had together. I remember when you would miss the bus and go to school late me or your brother would take you . We got you tacos but  your parents didn’t know lol . You always knew everything I remember the last thing I said about you was you have good style in the way you dress . Although I wish we had more time together you will be missed . I promise to take care of your brother and don’t worry I’ll make fun of him for you . you taught me a lesson and inspired me on what to write for my poem . And to Jessica and Nestor my condolences to y’all ,  thank y’all for everything thank y’all for all y’all have done for me . I pray one day y’all’s heart will heal from this .

What a tragic loss… to us mere mortals, it seems Santiago is surely gone too soon, and we mourn the loss of this teen with such great potential. Yet Santi is surely with God now, and reveling in the wonders of the Life Everlasting. May his grieving family find the peace that passes understanding in knowing the very best of him lives on in each of them, and may Santiago’s memory be a blessing always. 

Dear Santi, 
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Knowing you, seeing you grow, watching you love those around you, made me so happy. You always tried to memorize your memory verse before we left Sunday school and if you didn’t? The next Sunday you were first in line to recite it. But what stirred my heart? Is how you’d hold Nicolas’s hand and whisper the words to him so he could also recite his verse. You were such a good friend and brother. You always had your arm around someone, lifting them up and ready for whatever adventure awaited you.  I am so grateful I got the chance to know you, and experience your light in a time in life where light was in short supply. You and your brothers are light. Rest easy sweet boy❤️

I’m so sorry Jessica. My heart aches for you and your family. I am so glad I stopped the fun to take these photos at Joshua’s bday. My family and I remember Santi so fondly. 
He will be missed by all.

My condolences to all the family. Santi was definitely a character he was with my family and I almost everyday and ohh how he loved to be all up in my business, he would walk in my room and lay in my bed as if it was his own and start questioning me about my day or who I was talking to, those memories will definitely be missed. I love you guys 

Santiago my sweet boy. From the day you were born you brought joy to my life. I will miss our after school conversations, your sweet good night kisses, your smile and laugh most of all. I don’t know how I’m supposed to go on without you. Nicolas misses you so much. Watch over us baby Until we see you there, save a place for us. Monkey Mommy loves you so much.
