Sarah Lu West, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by, husband, Clayton E. West in 2004. Sarah is survived by sons; Garry West and Ronald Lynn West; 3 grandchildren; brother, Johnny Carothers, Jr.
Sarah will be laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery
