Scott A. Dudek passed away unexpectedly at the age of 44 in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his parents Stanley and Lydia Dudek of San Antonio. Scott was a Program Coordinator for UT Southwestern with the DFW Center for Resuscitation Research and was dedicated to the mission of his program.
Scott was born in Fort Rucker, Alabama in 1971 and settled in San Antonio in 1978. He held a BA and MS from Trinity University. Scott was a true renaissance man. He possessed a keen intellect, and was an avid musicologist, mixologist, outdoors-man, home-brewer, gourmet chef, Krav Maga enthusiast, and ARMA member.
Scott was a dedicated and loving son, a constant friend, and a man of integrity and honor.
Visitation will be October 6 at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at Porter Loring North Chapel.
Interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
