Scott Douglas Heim

He was born March 1, 1963 in Scranton, PA. Scott graduated from Carroll High School in Corpus Christi, Texas.

After spending time working in the oil field, Scott moved to Denton, TX and graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. While in Denton, he met his soul mate and wife of 15 years Lillian Ann Heim Massey.

They moved to Galveston, TX where their 1st child Jason was born. Scott was a manger at Guido's and Casey's restaurant. His wife received her RN degree and worked at UTMB. They lived happily in Galveston for 6 years.

Wishing to be closer to his family, they moved to San Antonio in 1996. Here, Scott was a manager at Nacho Mama's Restaurant and then Texas Land and Cattle. His wife worked at University Hospital.

After the birth of their daughter Arieann in 1997, Scott started his own software design and telecommunication company. Scott found enjoyment in every aspect of life. He was a wonderfully fantastic husband and father as well as advisor, protector and caregiver to his entire family.

Scott was taken entirely too soon from us and will be terribly missed. Losing him left a void in our hearts that nothing will fill. He will be always be loved and missed very much.

He is survived by his wife: Lillian Ann Heim Massey, son: Jason Heim, daughter: Arieann Heim, brother: Marshall Heim Jr, his sisters: Trina Coats with husband Jeff and Jonnalyn Hines with husband Les, step sister Susan Lang with husband Richard and step brother John Armezzani and wife Susan. His mother: Maralynne Heim, his father: Marshall Heim and wife Barbara, along with many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jason and Arieann Heim Scholastic Trust Fund at any Bank of America.
