He is preceded in death by his parents, Gregorio Alvarez and Porfiria Guerrero Alvarez; sons, Sebastian Alvarez Jr. and Gregorio Alvarez.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Z. Morales - Alvarez; children, Maria Ramirez (Juan), Jose Alvarez, Porfiria Gates (Richard), Anita Alvarez, Laura Gonzalez Brown (Brian), Gregorio Alvarez, Caleb Alvarez, Roxanne Morales and Jerry Morales; also, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples. Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.
The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 10:15 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 618 S. Grimes St., San Antonio,TX 78203. Services will conclude at the church.
