Shalean was born on August 2, 1970 in San Diego, California. She enjoyed spending time at home raising her children and sharing the Lord with them. She loved cooking, art, and fellowship.
Shalean is survived by her husband of nine years, Travis Lipscomb; son, Jonathon Meek; daughter, Genevieve Lipscomb and son, Ulrik Lipscomb; and her parents, Fredrick and Diane Smith.
She is loved and will be missed by many.
