I have so many wonderful memories of Sharon, they are what comfort me when I feel the ache of losing her. Sharon's care of Ian remember the snake incident?, her love for her arts & crafts we have many of them in our home, her love for you both and her intense faith in God made her the person we all loved. I was so certain I would have time to be with her once school was out but God's timing is not ours. Our lives were touched by Sharon. I am comforted knowing she is resting in God's arms now and no longer in any pain. We love you both. Rex & Joy

I knew Sherry when she was a teenage. We went to the same church in Zanesville. My sister and i would pick her up on wednesday night and go to church every week. she will always be in my heart. and i will miss her very much. She was a very good friend when we were teens. we were both the same age. i know she is with her lord in heaven and looking down on us with love for us all that was in her life. I'm glad she was my friend.

I would like to recite part of a poem that I learned in high school; "Ulysses" by Lord Alfred Tennyson. "I am a part of all that I have met; 
Yet all experience is an arch wherethrough 
Gleams that untravelled world, whose margin fades 
for ever and for ever when I move. 
How dull it is to pause, to make an end, 
To rust unburnished, not to shine in use!" Most of my memories of childhood up to high school have something to do with Sharon, Julie, or Terry. I'm sure that I wouldn't be the same person today had Sharon not been my "next door mom". I'd come in the back door for Pizza and Julie would be going out the front door, heading to my house to have meatloaf. Sharon taught me a tremendous amount of things that I would need later in my life, such as how to change a diaper and swim underwater. But, Sharon also taught me things that I never thought that I would need when I was a 12 year old. She taught me how to be compassionate, how to be caring, how to listen to people, and how to love unconditionally. I know that Sharon has touched the lives of many people just as she touched my life, perhaps not in the same "mom next door" way, but with her compassion and love. That compassion, faith, and love drove her to help other people, whether it was being a foster parent, a community leader, a friend, a wife, or a mother. And though she may have gone home to the Lord, part of her will always remain here with us. Here in our hearts.

Sharon was a great mentor and friend. I will miss her a lot but will never forget the impact she had on me and so many others. She and I also shared our great faith in God. I know she is now with our Lord.

 Our hearts go out to you. We always enjoyed being with your mom at Judson Eclipse events. Her dedication came from her love for you. May all of those wonderful memories comfort you now. Patsy, Jimmy, Jessie, Kyle McClelland

Sharon will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her. Her passion and excitement of being a child of God was so evident; she was always ready to tell someone about Christ's love for them. I have never met someone so willing to help others. Even though I have tears in my eyes, I still smile knowing that she is sitting at the feet of God worshipping His glory. With deep sympathy, I pray that God comforts you both at this time.
