

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Sheilah Faye Pedigo Anderson, 77, of Glasgow, Kentucky. Sheilah passed away peacefully, in her home, surrounded by her loved ones on July 24th, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas.
Sheilah was born in Glasgow, Kentucky to William Floyd Pedigo and Ruth Inez Basil Pedigo on August 5th, 1947. She graduated high school at Gamaliel High School in Monroe County of Flippin, Kentucky. After attending Western Kentucky University, she relocated to San Antonio, Texas. She owned and operated a medical transcription company named Anderson Medical Transcriptions for a number of years until she began another business APB Preservations that she ran with her late son Norman.
Sheilah is preceded in death by her son, Norman Ray Anderson Jr.; her beloved Great Aunt Vinnie Viola Flippin; her parents, William Floyd Pedigo and Ruth Inez Basil Pedigo. Her sister, Karen Pedigo; her brothers: Sydney Pedigo, Rupert Pedigo, William Danny Pedigo.
Sheilah is survived by her children: Angela Dawn Anderson , Deanne Lavinia Stoddard, Trichia Suzanne Stoddard and Jeron Curtis Stoddard, Jr. Her brothers: Mike Pedigo (Heidi), Jimmy Dale Pedigo (Kay), James Danny Pedigo (Felicia). Grandchildren Robert Lee Anderson (Angie) , Shae Lyn Anderson Roberson (Anthony), Jaysen Cannon Stoddard Shader, Norman Gage Stoddard Shader and her first Great-grand daughter Noire Sabrie Roberson. Sheilah had many nieces and nephews, and grand nieces
and grand nephews, of whom she loved dearly; all living in Kentucky. At the end of Sheilah’s beautiful life, she was lovingly taken care of by her sister Karen’s youngest daughter Dereka Kay Rigney. What a blessing to have Dereka here, by her side, helping to make her as comfortable as possible. In
the end, my Mother Sheilah Faye, held on as best she could, so that she could meet her Great Granddaughter, Noire. That was her dying wish, and God willing, she did meet her. Sheilah will be missed and forever loved. She goes on in our hearts and looks after us all.
A Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on, Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Home located at 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas 78218.
A Funeral service celebrating her life will follow at 11:00 a.m..
Sheilah’s wish was to be cremated and placed with her son Norman
Anderson.
