Shirley Mae Kneer, born on July 20, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio was called home to be with the Lord, on November 24, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Donald Kneer and beloved daughter Carolyn Van Winkle. Shirley is survived by her loving daughter Diane Van Winkle, son Gerry Van Winkle granddaughter Hannah Van Winkle, her beloved friend and caregiver Frances Hernandez.
A Visitation will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, with a Celebration of Life to begin at 1:00 pm with Entombment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements under the direction of Sunset Funeral Home, San Antonio, TX.
