She was also a talented crafter, creating beautiful handmade baskets and custom photo album covers that reflected her creativity and love for detail. In her free time, she enjoyed cheering on her favorite teams, the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys.
Simona is reunited in Heaven with her parents, Nieves D. Castellano and Paula Castellano; her sisters, Valentina Montes, Vicenta Castellano, and Evangelina Gamez; and her great-granddaughter, Lylla Rain Herrera.
