Spencer H. Vallance, age 86, passed away July 6, 2017, following a battle with lung cancer. Spencer was born in San Antonio, Texas, on January 16, 1931. He spent a short time in the Air Force. He became a Certified Life Insurance Underwriter (CLU) and was inducted into the industry's Million Dollar Roundtable.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara, and his son, Spencer II. He is survived by Regina, Abbey and Brad Runyan. He is also survived by Tom Vallance, Shirley Albert, Jean Burns and many nephews and nieces
