Stancie L. Stein

Stancie L. Stein, age 71, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on May 26, 2013 after a courageous battle with brain cancer in San Antonio, TX. She was born on January 27, 1942, San Antonio, TX, Stancie was a devoted wife and mother. Stancie worked many years alongside her husband in their family businesses. She loved cooking for her family and friends, enjoyed family trips and her faithful pets. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances Tate; son, Troy A. Stein; brothers-in-law, Jerry Oyler and Stanley Stein. Stancie is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Arthur Stein; her sons, Todd and Trent Stein; grandson, Trey Stein; and sister, Dwyce Oyler. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
