Mr. Ketchum was a graduate of Jefferson High School and the University of Texas. He served in the Korean War. Stanley was Co owner of the food brokerage C.H. Ketchum Co., and later Comptroller at Mission City Container Co.
He was former President of the San Antonio Executives Association, a member of the San Antonio Rotary Club and the San Antonio Power Squadron. He was also a former member of the Alamo Masonic Lodge and The San Antonio Country Club. He loved raising orchids, boating, and was very active at St. Luke's as a past treasurer, Stephen Minister, and Eucharistic Minister.
Stanley is survived by his wife of 49 years, Clara Ketchum; children, Julie A. Evans and husband Jim, and Mary Lou Ketchum; sisters, Mary Louise Lewis and husband, Vernon and Charlene de Jori; grandchildren, Sarah and Cliff Evans.
