Stella Gonzales Ochoa, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt peacefully entered into rest surrounded by her loved ones on June 4, 2007 at the age of 82. Stella was born in Saspamco, Texas on August 6, 1924. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe E. Ochoa. She is survived by son, Joe Eddie Ochoa; daughters, Vivian Michael Olivares, Lillian Henry Mendez, Janet Steve Gluskoter; brothers, Andrew V. Gonzales, John V. Gonzales, Alfonso V. Lydia Gonzales; sisters, Olga Martinez, Delores Charlie Campos, Marta Arthur Ayala; god-daughter and namesake, Stella Gonzalez; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren, and many friends and relatives all of whom will remember and miss her dearly. Thank you, Mama, for teaching us how to love.
