

Stephanie M. Ibarra, age 44, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at her sanctuary and peaceful home. She was surrounded by family as she was embraced with love, hugs, kisses, and tears as she took her journey to heaven. She was a beloved Wife, loving Mother, devoted Daughter, caring Sister, joyful Aunt, and brought so much laughter to all who knew with her contagious smile.
Stephanie was the youngest out of three children to Raul and Silvia Menjares. She graduated from Southwest High School and continued pursuing her education by obtaining both a Bachelors and Master’s from Texas A&M University. Most of her career was spent in the Banking and Financial Industry and landing a Construction Operations Manager position with Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union along with having such great support from her Executive team.
Stephanie enjoyed fishing with her sons, going to the beach, shopping, traveling, going to sporting events, and enjoying live concerts. She always made time to cook and hosted special gatherings for family and friends. Most recently, she was able to celebrate her husband’s 47th birthday which brought her so much happiness.
Stephanie met her husband while working at Bill Millers Bar-B-Q and married on August 15, 2004, and had a long lasting marriage in which her husband promised Stephanie’s father he would forever take care of his young daughter. That was a promise that he kept and dear to his heart.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her beloved father Raul Menjares Sr. She is survived by her husband Manuel Ibarra Jr.; sons Justin Ibarra and Jordan Ibarra; mother, Silvia A. Menjares; sister, Sarah A. Menjares; brother Raul Menjares Jr.; nephew, Damian J. Carreon; nieces Sariah C. Carreon and Selena M. Menjares; also, two great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A visitation for Stephanie will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226.
