She was born May 7, 1949 in Slayton, MN to parents, Albert and Harriett Burgoon, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her brother, Steve Burgoon. She is survived by her husband, William Raissle; daughter, Corinna Parker Lally; two brothers, Collin and Kevin Burgoon; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and four nieces and nephews.
