Stephen Thomas Nash, Sr., age 72, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Tommy was born on October 7, 1943 in Hearne, Texas to John Cleveland Nash, Jr., and Ora Dell Cochran Nash.
He grew up in Calvert, Texas. He was a member of the Model A Club, San Antonio, Chapter and a lifelong resident of Texas.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Linda Irene Coe.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Ida Ashley (John), Stephen Nash, Jr. (Katherine), and Sally Vail (Ross); grandchildren, Jackson Vail, Colin Vail, Garrett Ashley, Aaron Ashley, Lilly Nash and Thomas Nash; brother Lt. Col. John Cleveland Nash, III USAF (Ret) (Patricia).
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Porter Loring North.
The service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Coker United Methodist Church, 231 N. Loop Road.
Interment will follow in Coker Cemetery.
