Steven was the youngest of three siblings. He was his mother's shadow and very shy as a young boy.
He loved his XBOX, nerf gun wars, and playing games with his siblings. Later in life, he enjoyed motocross as well as watching football and UFC with family and friends.
Steven graduated from Harlan High School in San Antonio, Texas in 2022. As he became a young man, his confidence grew. He headed out to West Texas to join his older brother in the oil field where he was hired at the very same company. He began in the warehouse and after a short time was promoted to warehouse lead.
He made many friends at AES Drilling Fluids, and even met his wonderful girlfriend, Illiany Molina. When he wasn't working he enjoyed driving his truck around town listening to music at full blast and taking his dirt bike out. He also enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend or taking his mother out to eat when he was home.
Steven gained his angel wings unexpectedly on June 16, 2026. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Elida Garza and Isais Flores.
Survivors left to cherish his memory are his parents, Irma Flores-Brothers and James Patrick Brothers; his siblings, Alexandria Nicole Brothers of Edmond, Oklahoma; Robert Allen Brothers and wife Maranda Lynn Brothers of Kerrville, Texas; and his niece and nephew, Avarie Nicole Brothers and Chance Allen Brothers.
He will be greatly missed by many. His kindness, generosity, humor, and pure soul will live on always.
