Most people that knew Steve would say he was the ultimate salesman. After college, Steve spent his entire career in sales which he loved dearly while always building relationships with all his customers. Steve was also one to establish many wonderful personal relationships with the people he worked with in sales and maintaining these personal relationships meant such much to him.
Steve’s faith and spiritual growth was very important to him and Steve was a member of St. Mark Presbyterian Church in Boerne, Texas. He had a heart for helping others through Hill County Daily Bread Ministries of Boerne, Texas, and his last position in sales was with Mo-Ranch Christian Conference Center and Summer Camp in Hunt, Texas.
Steve is a native Texan, and like his wife, he cherished living in the Hill Country the most of all with the splendor of God’s creation on earth being so inspiring in the Hill Country. Steve never met a stranger, had a kind heart, was generous, and always made you smile. Steve and Carol’s heart for dogs fit in with their love of life as well.

He is also survived by his in-laws, Geneva Switzer (Carol’s sister) and her husband, Steve Switzer. Steve is also survived by a nephew, several nieces, and several grand nephews.
