

Scott was born on September 27, 1969, in Russellville, Arkansas, to Rosa A. Rodriguez. He spent the majority of his life in South Texas. He worked as an auto mechanic and was known for his strong work ethic and his willingness to help anyone in need.
He was a devoted father, brother, and son, but above all, a loving grandpa who found true joy in every moment spent with his six grandchildren. He loved the outdoors, whether it was riding his bike through the neighborhood or completing projects around the home. Scott also had a deep love for music and enjoyed playing the drums. His faith in Jesus Christ shaped the way he lived and guided how he showed love and kindness to those around him.
He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Priscana Huddleston; his sister, Yvette Ortiz; and his stepfather, Bacilio Rodriguez.
He is survived by his children, Steven (Adriana), Roman (Hannah), and Caitlin (Jacorey); his grandchildren, Audriana, Steven, Isabella, Myles, Ilianna, and Ilayna; his mother, Rosa Rodriguez; his brother, Samuel Huddleston; his sister, LaDonna Huddleston; and his brothers-in-law, Fermin Ortiz and Rudy Gonzales; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who loved him dearly.
A visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Avenue, San Antonio, Texas. At the conclusion of the funeral, there will be no graveside service to follow.
Scott will be deeply missed and forever loved. His memory will live on through all who knew and loved him.
