Steven started as a lineman with Southwestern Bell in 1948 and retired as an engineer in 1985. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Steven served his country honorably as a MSgt in the 141st Infantry and served God as a member of St. Helena's Catholic Church. He enjoyed traveling in his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, John and Gabriel.
Steven is survived by his wife of 64 years, Elodia Litman; sons, Steven E. Litman and Michael J. Litman; daughter, Nora D. Lopez; grandchildren, Arturo Andrade, Stephanie Litman, Sydney Litman, Kelsi Litman and Michael E. Litman; great-grandchildren, Aaliyah, Nyah and Ava Andrade; sisters and brothers, Alice L. Romero, Sophie L. Salazar, Lucy L. Villarreal, George Litman, Peter Litman, Jane L. Garcia and Jessie J. Litman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
