Sulema Solis Martinez, born on October 20, 1946 in La Grulla, TX, was called to be with the Lord on April 15, 2017, at the age of 70. She is preceded in death by her parents: Felipe and Arcadia Solis; sisters: Guadalupe Flores, Alicia Guzman, and Consuelo Estrada; brothers: Baldemar, Lionel, and Ramiro Solis. She is survived by husband, Hector Martinez; children: Jose Luis Martinez (Kathy Sarkardehi-Martinez), Doroteo Martinez (Anselma), Hector Martinez Jr., Gisela Patino (Servando) and Crystal Alvarado (James); grandchildren: Hannah, Ryan, Doroteo Jr., Crystal, Daniella, Cristian, Sabrina, Desiree and Giselle; great grandson, Daniel Jr.; also numerous nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the Funeral Home on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Service at Sur Zarzamora Baptist Church, 9339 S. Zarzamora St., San Antonio, TX 78224. Interment will follow in First Memorial Park.
