Susie Elizabeth Ware (Liz), age 82, of San Antonio passed away on, February 28, 2017 at Brookdale Medical Center Whitby. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Britton M. Ware, Jr., parents, Anne Tyner and James Cleveland, Sr., and brother, James Cleveland, Jr. Liz is survived by her children: daughter, Chris Steubing and husband Sidney of Dunlay, Texas, son, Britton Ware III and wife Liz of New Braunfels, Texas, son, Stephen Ware and wife Frances of Friendswood, Texas; sister, Beverly Woods of Florida; sister-in-law, Martha Cleveland of Cummings, Georgia; grandchildren, Britton Ware IV, Jonathan Ware and wife, Shawnesse, Stephen Ware, Jr. and Dustin Ware; great-grandchildren, Bella and Reagan Ware.
A memorial graveside service and interment for Liz will be held on Thursday, March 9th at 9:30 a.m. in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
