

She worked as the Director of Sterile Supply for several years, a role she found both fulfilling and meaningful, before joyfully retiring. Some of her most treasured memories included a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over New Mexico and countless joyful moments spent with family and friends. A devout Catholic, Sylvia held a deep and abiding faith, always praying for the wellbeing of those around her.
Sylvia will be reunited with her beloved parents, John Richard Ingle and Olivia Bernal Gonzalez; and her first husband of 29 years, Osvaldo Guerra.
Her memory will forever live in her husband of 14 years, Juan Hernandez; son Javier Guerra and wife Adela Guerra of Boca Chica, Texas; daughter Veronica Sardelich and husband Lance Sardelich of Aransas Pass, Texas; sisters Mary Alice Lopez and Marisela Terry and husband Stephen Terry; brother John Richard Ingle; grandchildren Osvaldo Guerra of Lytle, Texas, Olivia Guerra of Lytle, Texas, Rene Goodwin and husband Anthony Goodwin of Katy, Texas, Joseph Guerra of Lytle, Texas, Anissa Connell and husband Matthew Connell of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Steven Sardelich of Corpus Christi, Texas; Great grandchildren Aubree Guillen, Adelina Guerra, Crisaiden Guillen, Qora Khlot, Elizabeth Goodwin, Draken Vargas, Andréa Goodwin, and Anthony Brown Jr. She will forever remember by all her nieces, nephew and numerous extended family and friends.
A visitation for Sylvia will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 starting at 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home. The Holy Rosary will begin at 3:00 PM.
