She was a cherished and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
Sylvia is survived by her beloved husband, Gerard "Jerry" Salazar; three daughters, Cindy Matyear and husband Randy; Becky Patterson and husband Pat; and Gina Arteche; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Yolanda Moore Hernandez and husband, Mike; brother, Richard Moore; numerous other relatives, neighbors and friends.
The family wishes to express a special and a heartfelt "Thank You" to Vitas Hospice Care for the love and devoted care they provided.
Sylvia was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
