born on December 30, 1980 in Litchfield, Illinois, to parents, Carol Sue Stroud and Harold Edward Stech.
She was a dedicated and loving mother to her two daughters and an amazing friend to everyone she met.
Tammy was committed to service throughout her life and was a Gold Star Girl Scout. She was preceded
in death by her mother, Sue Stech. She is survived by her daughters, Skyllar Bippert and Jaylyn Bippert;
her father, Harold Stech; brothers, Wesley Stech and wife Toy and Bradley Stech and wife Summer; as
well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Porter Loring
Mortuary.
