Teddy Wayne Sanders

He is survived by his daughter, Laurie Sanders of New Braunfels, Texas; two grandchildren, Scott Meyer of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, Nicci Meyer of Castroville, Texas and a brother, Mike Sanders of Quinlan, Texas; 4 nieces, Cindy Tschudi, Diane Farris and Becky Hill all from San Angelo and Ginger Sanders of Seguin. He is preceded in death by his father, TB Sanders; mother, Dorothy Rambo Sanders and brother, Lanny Sanders.

Teddy was ordained as a Baptist minister in May 1967 at Midessa Heights Baptist Church in Midland, Texas where he pastored before moving on to pastor at Grandview Baptist in Odessa, Texas then finally at Fort Concho Baptist Church in San Angelo. He retired at that time as a pastor and moved on to selling furniture and insurance. He would still talk to people about the Lord every chance he got including in the coffee shops & restaurants he frequented.

Memorial Services will be on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 1pm at S.T.A.G.E. Bulverde Krause House, 1300 Bulverde Road, Bulverde, TX 78163
