Teodoro Lolo Ted Lopez

Teodoro "Lolo" "Ted" Lopez, age 57, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 11, 1958 in Laredo, Mexico. Teodoro was a beloved son, husband, brother, uncle, godfather and friend. He was a welder, a trade that he truly loved. Fishing and hunting were also his favorite past times. Teodoro loved telling jokes and loved making family and many friends laugh. He also enjoyed dancing the night away. He was preceded in death by, his father, Teodoro M. Lopez; sister, Irma L. Garcia; brother, Armando G. Lopez and mother, Beatriz Ledezma Garza. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Doris Elaine; brother-in-law, Roberto P. Garcia; brother, Reynaldo (Maria) Lopez; brother, Juan Javier (Angelica) Lopez; sister, Bertha Alicia (Jorge Arturo) Arriaga; sister, Rosalinda Lopez (Juan) Guzman; numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren and extended loving family and friends. His most consentidos (Robert "Betito", Daniel "Denny", Raul "Raulito", Compadre John "Tarzan") the A.T.M. (A Toda Madre Fishing Team). Teodoro was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 6th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p. m. at Porter Loring Mortuary on McCullough Ave.
