She was born in Augsburg, Germany to Thomas and Catherine Joyce.
She is survived by her husband, James Hill; sons, Austin Scott and wife Laura, Travis Scott and wife Julie; grandchildren, Allyson and Kimberly; brother, Michael Joyce and Lori; and sister, Kathy Adolf and Al.
