She was a graduate of the Cadet Nurse Corp in 1947 and worked for many years as a Registered Nurse at the Baptist Hospital, finishing her nursing career at Lady of the Lake University.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Walter E. Kilborn and Arborette Brown.
Survivors: husband of 55 years, Carl French; daughter, Sandra French; sons, Curtis Paul French and Carl French III, as well as her grandchildren, Caleb Reynolds, Hailey Triferio and Jackquiline French.
