Theresa B. McNair

It is with heavy hearts and an abundance of unforgettable memories that we announce the passing of Theresa B. McNair, age 66, on August 9, 2026 surrounded by her children. Full of vibrant energy, an incredible sense of humor, and a heart made to bring a smile to your face, Theresa lived a rich, full life defined by family, love and laughter.

Theresa was known for her devotion to the people she loved most. Raising her four children was the greatest journey of her life, and as her family grew, her heart only expanded. Her children and grandchildren were her absolute pride and joy, and her ultimate accomplishments and the source of her greatest happiness.

Her favorite place in the entire world was anywhere her family or friends were gathered. She was happiest when surrounded by the warmth, and fun of the people she cherished. Theresa had a unique sense of humor and a knack for making any moment lighter and brighter. She didn't take life too seriously, and her bright, lighthearted spirit made her a joy to be around.

Theresa is survived by her four beloved children, Brad (Kandice), Emily, Sarah (Matt), and Michael Jr. (Whitney); her cherished grandchildren, Wyatt, Cadyn, Hayden, Braelyn, Westyn, Charlotte, and Gideon; and a wide circle of extended family and dear friends who will miss her humor, her bright energy, love and humor.

She was preceded in death by her Parents- Edward & Hazel Soptick, and brothers Larry Soptick & Frank Soptick.

Family and friends are invited to gather, and celebrate her vibrant life, share favorite stories, and enjoy a few good laughs in her honor: A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, with service to begin at 12:30 pm at The Bevy Hotel Boerne, located at 101 Herff Road, Boerne, TX 78006.
