Theresa Clara Sekula

Theresa C. Sekula, of Cestohowa, TX succumbed to a better place on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at the age of 82. Her infectious smile will forever linger in the memories of those who loved her.

Theresa spent more than half of her life serving others at Joske's Camilla Room and the Emily Morgan Hotel until she retired at the age of 81. Theresa enjoyed cooking for her family, especially their favorites, chicken and dumplings, cinnamon rolls, pies and bread. Her days wouldn't be complete without a bag of popcorn, daily soap operas and a cough drop or two.

She has undoubtedly been greeted in Heaven by her husband, Vincent; grandson, Wesley Paul; and son-in-law, Bobby Santos. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Ben Jendrush; brother, Stanley Jendrush; and sister, Mary Bernardia plus several brothers-in-law.

She is survived by her daughters, Cookie and Ron MacLeod, Patsy Santos, Sherry and David Wilkerson, Toni and Greg Lewis, son, Bernie Sekula, and sister, Bernice Bronder. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren, Brandon Sekula, William Wilkerson, Katherine Wilkerson, Alexandra Lewis, Avery Lewis and Christian Sekula.
