Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Garrett Lierly; brothers, Carmen Lierly, Bob Lierly, Vernon Lierly.
He is survived by his son, Randy Lierly and wife, Cyndy of San Antonio; son, Rex Lierly and wife, Trish of Oakland, CA; grandson, Ian Lierly of San Antonio; sister, Maxine Osborn and husband, Raymond of Little Rock, AR.
Services will be handled by Moore Funeral Home, 1908 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, Oklahoma at a later date.
Interment will take place in Mt. Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville, AR.
