Thomas A. Markham III, age 25, of San Antonio died Friday, March 22, 2002. He graduated with a BBA degree in accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio and had planned to attend graduate school and become a Certified Public Accountant. Thomas was an avid sportsman and loved to be outdoors particularly on the lake and he was a certified scuba diver. He was a loving and devoted husband of 15 months to his wife Cortney. He had a wonderful sense of humor and made everyone laugh. He was preceded in death by his brother Brian Markham and his maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather. Survivors include, wife, Cortney Markham; parents, Thomas and Kathleen Markham, Plano, TX; brother, Greggory Markham, Annapolis, MD; sister, Alyssa Markham, Denton, TX; Paternal grandparents, Bud and RoseJane Nelson, Phoenix, AZ; two nieces and two nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, at Porter Loring Mortuary North, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
