
Tom F. McNeil, was born February 16, 1912 in Floresville, Texas to parents, Bert McNeil, Sr. and Annie Fite McNeil, and died Saturday, July 27, 2002. He grew up and lived his entire life in San Antonio, Texas, was a graduate of Main Ave. High School and Draughon's Business College and served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force in World War II. Mr. McNeil was engaged in the homebuilding business in San Antonio for 40 years and was active in the San Antonio Homebuilders' Association, as well as a Master Appraiser of Real Estate and a member of Perfect Union Lodge #10 A.F. & A.M. He was married for 52 years to the former Emma Lou Jordan of San Antonio, Texas. Mr. McNeil was a member for 40 years of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Survivors: sister, Betty McNeil Jeffery; nephews, Laird McNeil of San Antonio, John Robert McNeil of Fort Collins, CO; nieces, Linda McNeil Fultz of Mt. Morris, IL and Janice McNeil Carter of Dalton, GA; and 2 great nieces and 4 great nephews. The family would like to extend their thanks to Homewood Residence and Vitas Hospice for their care
