Tom Q. Vargas was born in San Antonio, TX to Pete & Guadalupe (Quintero) Vargas and passed away in San Antonio, TX on August 2, 2010. He was an architect and designed some of the buildings in San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Enedina Vargas and son, Leroy Vargas. Surviving are his daughters, Norma Vargas LeBlanc and husband, Bruce Smith; Lily E. Vargas; grandchildren, Lance A. LeBlanc and Dena L. LeBlanc; sister, Josie Farrar. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2010 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
