Tomas Benito Sandoval

Tomas Benito Sandoval, born July 6, 1958 in San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully at his home on November 28, 2024 at the age of 66. A man of warmth, humor, and incredible strength, Tomas was a cherished father to four daughters, whose lives were filled with his love, guidance, and wisdom.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gregorio Sr. and Petra Sandoval and brothers, Gregorio Sandoval Jr, Richard Sandoval and Roger Sandoval.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Valerie Trevino (Edward), Vanessa Delgado (Mark), Veronica Sandoval and Virginia Sandoval; grandchildren, Brianna Ramirez, Isiah Delgado, Matthew Delgado and Malakhi Delgado; siblings, David Sandoval, Frank Sandoval, Arnold Sandoval, Guadalupe De La Garza, Terry Retiz, Sara Longoria, Mary Garcia and Herminia Garza.

Tomas brought joy to any room he entered, lighting up the lives of friends, family, and even strangers. Whether it was while at the Flea Market looking for unique finds or gathering to watch the Dallas Cowboys games he knew how to make life a little brighter. He enjoyed gardening and assembling Model cars, it was a hobby that brought him joy and peace. Those who knew him remember the meticulous attention he paid to each car, crafting every detail with love and care. He approached life’s challenges, including his illness, with bravery and strength, never losing his sense of humor or the love he had for his family. While we mourn the loss of a remarkable man, we take comfort in knowing that Tomas' love and legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him

A visitation for Tomas will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, 78211, with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 PM.
