Tomasa S. Rios was called home to be with the Lord, on September 28, 2013 at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her husband Alvaro Rios, sons Raul Rios and Alberto Rios. Tomasa is survived by her daughters-in-law Teresa Rios, Lupe Rios, grandchildren: Joyce Herrera, Norma Rodriguez, Rachel Garza-Maldonado, Linda Agueros, Albert Rios, Sandra Sanchez, Michael Rios, 24 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 02, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart the funeral home Thursday, October 03, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass of resurrection at St. Paul Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
